Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use a d17 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. d17 strictly enforces this requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use d17.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of d17, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

Age Verification Procedures
d17 takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), a current passport, or a government-issued driver's licence. d17 may additionally request a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. All submitted documents are reviewed by the d17 compliance team and must be authentic, legible, and unaltered.
Until age and identity verification is complete, d17 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, and suspend access to certain game categories. Single Account Policy
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active d17 account only. Account Verification (KYC)
All d17 accounts are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. One Account Per Person, Device & Household
The single-account policy applies not only to individuals but also to households. d17 reserves the right to investigate and restrict accounts where multiple registrations from the same IP address, device, or physical address are detected, unless satisfactory evidence is provided that the registrations are from separate, unrelated individuals who each independently meet all eligibility criteria.

Deposit Terms

- Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully KYC-verified. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed at the commencement of the next business day.

Wagering Requirements

Where d17 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that prohibited conduct has occurred or is suspected, d17 may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: temporary or permanent account suspension; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity; recovery of any amounts paid out in error; reporting of the activity to relevant financial intelligence, regulatory, or law enforcement bodies; and legal action to recover losses sustained by d17 as a result of the prohibited conduct.
Account Suspension & Closure
d17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
- Discovery that the account holder is below the minimum age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
- Account inactivity: accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. d17 will notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy policy.
- Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your d17 account at any time by contacting the support team at . Upon receipt of a closure request, d17 will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any applicable bonus balance that has not met the required wagering conditions.
Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months, with a permanent self-exclusion option also available. Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). d17 will send a written notice to the account holder's registered email address at least 30 days before any dormancy-related action is taken. A dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d17 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the d17 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Interruption to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages.

- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Platform Availability
d17 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, d17 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, connection failures, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Errors and Malfunctions
